Graduate Data Science Analyst

Overview

A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential, as the Borehamwood office is not accessible by public transport and attendance is required as part of a hybrid working model. This role is with a FTSE 250 company and offers a clear progression path to Data Scientist through real commercial data challenges.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer and commercial data to deliver actionable insights and influence business decisions.
• Apply statistical techniques to optimise revenue and business performance.
• Query and analyse large datasets using SQL.
• Build analytical models and support machine learning initiatives.
• Develop self-service analytics tools and support experimentation.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative subject.
• Experience using SQL and Python, R or similar.
• A solid understanding of statistics and machine learning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Desirable experience includes forecasting, segmentation, clustering or anomaly detection.
