IT Service Delivery Lead – Hybrid, Multi-Site Impact

Panoramic Associates is partnering with a market-leading, multi-site manufacturing group to appoint an experienced Head of IT. You will own IT operations, service delivery, and lead a small internal IT team while managing the external MSP across several sites.

You will report to the IT Director and drive modernisation, governance, and stakeholder engagement to shape IT strategy across the organisation. Occasional travel between sites is required in this hybrid role.
