Overview

We are seeking an experienced Integration & Data Analyst to support a major enterprise transformation programme involving the implementation of a new cloud-based ERP platform.

This role will focus on integration analysis, data mapping, migration support, data quality, and requirements capture. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and technical delivery teams to ensure integration requirements are accurately defined, implemented, and validated.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in complex environments, understands enterprise data flows, and is comfortable taking ownership of key deliverables and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Analysis

  • Analyse end-to-end data flows between enterprise applications.
  • Gather and document integration requirements for technical delivery teams.
  • Produce interface specifications and data mapping documentation.
  • Work closely with architects and developers to define integration solutions.
  • Identify source and target system dependencies.
  • Support integration testing and defect resolution.
  • Validate that integration solutions are delivered in accordance with agreed requirements.
  • Investigate interface failures and identify root causes.

Data Analysis

  • Analyse complex source system data structures.
  • Create and maintain source-to-target mapping documentation.
  • Define transformation and validation rules.
  • Conduct data profiling and quality assessments.
  • Support master and reference data analysis activities.
  • Identify and resolve data integrity issues.
  • Produce data validation and reconciliation reports.

Data Migration Support

  • Support data extraction, transformation, and loading activities.
  • Validate migration datasets and outputs.
  • Participate in migration rehearsals and cutover activities.
  • Support reconciliation and post-migration validation.
  • Track and resolve migration defects.

Testing & Validation

  • Prepare interface and data validation test scenarios.
  • Support SIT and UAT activities.
  • Execute reconciliation and validation testing.
  • Document defects and maintain test evidence.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience as an Integration Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Migration Analyst.
  • Experience delivering within ERP or enterprise transformation programmes.
  • Strong SQL and data analysis capability.
  • Experience creating source-to-target mappings.
  • Experience documenting technical and integration requirements.
  • Understanding of API-based integrations.
  • Experience supporting data migration activities.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

  • Able to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Confident challenging data quality issues and driving resolutions.
  • Experience working alongside architects, developers, and technical delivery teams.
  • Proven track record of owning workstreams and being accountable for outcomes.
