Staff Software Engineer: AI OS Architect & Tech Leader

Dex is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead architecture across a proprietary AI operating system powering multiple B2B SaaS companies. You will drive end-to-end features, from data integration to autonomous agent deployment, reporting to the CTO and Engineering Lead.

You will mentor a small, fast-moving team, raise the engineering bar, and shape technical direction while delivering scalable, high-impact solutions from London or via relocation.
