Aerospace Capability Manager: Lifecycle Leadership

Jobtailor in Bristol is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead, develop and engage assigned engineering personnel to meet current and future business needs. You will deploy staff to approved programmes and own a section of the engineering strategy.

You will drive compliance, deliver world-class capability, manage recruitment and subcontracting, and coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure cost, quality and delivery targets are met across the engineering lifecycle.
