Jobtailor is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support professional to onboard new starters, configure equipment, and maintain asset records. You will provide face-to-face and remote support across Windows, macOS and Linux, troubleshoot issues, and assist with Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online).
