Healthcare Cleaning Operations Lead Deputy Manager

Adecco is seeking a Deputy Hospital Cleaning Services Manager in Romford, Essex, on a temporary full-time basis (37.5 hours per week). The role oversees day-to-day Domestic Services across wards and departments and deputises for the Operations Manager when needed.

You will lead large teams, ensure Health & Safety compliance, build relationships with ward managers and clinicians, and drive service improvements in a 24/7 hospital environment. DBS required; benefits include annual leave and pension.
