• Mercor is recruiting UK‑based Investment Banking M&A Specialists for a research project with a leading frontier AI lab.
• We are seeking experienced banking professionals with strong backgrounds in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, valuation, and transaction execution.

Ideal Bank Experience

• Experience working on M&A transactions, including financial modeling, company analysis, due diligence, pitch materials, market research, and deal execution support.
• Experience at one or more bulge‑bracket investment banks: Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, or another leading global investment bank with a strong M&A practice.

Role Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, interpret valuation outputs, understand deal processes, and translate complex financial information into clear recommendations.
• Contribute high‑quality training data for frontier AI systems.
• Available to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Successful contributions increase the likelihood of being selected for future Mercor projects.
