Qualifications & Requirements

• Registered 1st Level Nurse.
• Substantial Band 5 experience (or Band 6 experience).
• Strong leadership potential and effective communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and patient‑centred care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
