Clinical Charge Nurse: Palliative Care Leader

Butterwick Hospice is seeking a Clinical Sister to lead a team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants in our Adult In-Patient Unit, working with the Clinical Team Leader to deliver high-quality palliative care.

You will provide clinical leadership, support junior staff, and contribute to local and national quality improvement initiatives while maintaining a significant clinical caseload within a compassionate, professional environment.
