Lab Manager: Quality & Compliance Leader

Refresco – Bridgwater is seeking a Lab Manager to lead the on-site laboratory to the highest industry standards. This permanent role involves shaping quality systems and driving continuous improvement across testing, calibration, and documentation.

You will oversee a team of 10 quality analysts, manage the lab budget, and ensure compliance with LabCRED ISO17025-based standards while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
