Overview

Hoop Nursing are seeking an experienced and resilient Nursing Home Manager to manage a large-bedded nursing home in the Newport area. This is a brilliant opportunity for a highly experienced, proven leader with experience in managing both a substantial size service and large staff team.

Responsibilities

• As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance.
• You will provide strong leadership, fostering a positive and supportive culture for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active PIN
• QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management
• Proven experience managing a large bedded nursing home
• Extensive experience leading and developing large staff teams
• Excellent organisational, IT and leadership skills
• A resilient and proactive approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• A passion for providing outstanding care and creating a welcoming, supportive environment

Benefits / Salary
