Integrated Mental Health Prescriber – Primary Care

North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT) is recruiting a Mental Health Practitioner to join the integrated mental health services team within GP Primary Care Networks. The role is fixed-term for one year, with potential to become permanent, at Band 7, and based in the Waltham Forest area.

The post is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a salary of £49,397 to £56,515, pro-rata for part-time staff. You will deliver care in a primary care setting, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
