Outreach Specialist Teacher – SEND & Physical Needs

Bradford Corporation is seeking an Outreach Specialist Teacher to work with children and young people from birth to 25 with physical needs. The role involves visiting homes or settings across the Bradford District from Britannia House, applying assistive technology to support learning and independence.

You will plan and teach across settings, provide outreach training, and work with a proactive, solution-focused approach while complying with GDPR and safety training requirements.
