Advanced Social Worker (CYPT) – Mentor NQSW & Lead Change

Barnsley Council is recruiting a Qualified Social Worker to join the Children’s Services team. The role focuses on mentoring Newly Qualified Social Workers and delivering the Social Work Academy alongside the Practice Development Hub.

You will collaborate with the team to balance a reduced caseload with high-quality services, engage with residents and partners, and drive positive outcomes for vulnerable children within a supportive, agile environment.
