We operate across the East Coast of the US, working closely with some of the most prestigious legal and professional services firms in the market. Recent US fees include £2m, £850k and £650k, reflecting the seniority and impact of the mandates we work on.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.
- Becoming a market specialist within the US legal market.
- Building relationships with senior candidates and clients across the East Coast US market.
- Working US hours (aligned to East Coast time).
- Learning how to originate and deliver high-value executive search assignments.
- Working closely with experienced consultants and directors on live mandates.
What We Offer
- £27,000 base salary with uncapped commission.
- Realistic Year 1 earnings of £40,000–£60,000.
- £80,000+ earning potential in Year 2.
