H&P Executive Search partners with leading international businesses, including top-tier US law firms and global investment banks. We operate across the East Coast of the US, working closely with some of the most prestigious legal and professional services firms in the market. Recent US fees include £2m, £850k and £650k, reflecting the seniority and impact of the mandates we work on.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.
  • Becoming a market specialist within the US legal market.
  • Building relationships with senior candidates and clients across the East Coast US market.
  • Working US hours (aligned to East Coast time).
  • Learning how to originate and deliver high-value executive search assignments.
  • Working closely with experienced consultants and directors on live mandates.

What We Offer

  • £27,000 base salary with uncapped commission.
  • Realistic Year 1 earnings of £40,000–£60,000.
