YMCA DownsLink Group in Brighton & Hove is recruiting a qualified Wellbeing Counsellor for the CYP Wellbeing Service. You will provide culturally responsive assessments, counselling (face-to-face and online) and run groups for children and young people aged 8–24 from Global Majority backgrounds.
You will triage referrals, support broader service delivery, and build partnerships with Global Majority-led organisations to promote equitable access to mental health support.
