Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of high-quality creative work across presentations, pitch documents, templates, event collateral and branded communications
  • Serve as Trivandi’s brand guardian, responsible for maintaining and evolving a strong, cohesive visual identity across all internal and external materials
  • Embed brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across global offices and project teams
  • Drive resource planning and project scoping to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
  • Establish and implement efficient workflows, tools, and templates for creative project delivery across all outputs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate and produce high-impact campaign assets, social media visuals, podcasts, video assets and wider promotional material
  • Translate strategic ideas into compelling visual concepts and cohesive multi-channel creative responses
  • Deliver work across digital, editorial, brand and bid-led outputs with clarity, consistency and creative excellence
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to shape briefs, respond to feedback and maintain project momentum
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance creative ideation, content development, trend analysis, and strategic planning, while staying up to date on emerging AI technologies relevant to the creative process
  • Maintain high creative standards across all formats while managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

Requirements

  • 7+ years of industry experience in a senior or mid-weight integrated design role
  • Exceptional design skills across Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint and relevant digital platforms
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality conceptual and executed work across multiple channels and formats
  • Strong creative judgement, with the ability to develop ideas into clear, effective and visually compelling outputs
  • Confidence working across brand, editorial, digital and bid-led communications
  • Experience managing and directing creative teams, both in-house and freelance
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, good judgement and a highly professional approach
  • Portfolio showcasing both conceptual thinking and excellent execution across multiple platforms
