Senior Service Designer – Strategy, Systems & AI

Grand Arcade in London is seeking a Senior Service Designer to join our studio and shape how services are designed and delivered for our clients. This hands-on role spans the full service design lifecycle—from problem framing to future-state experiences and supporting implementation.

You’ll work across multidisciplinary teams, driving AI-enabled pathways, systems thinking, and balancing user needs with business goals, while mentoring junior designers and raising practice across projects.
