Head of Commercial – Leading Quantity Surveyors

Thorn Baker Construction is seeking a senior commercial leader to guide the commercial team across multiple projects in East Yorkshire. You will establish governance, drive profitability, and ensure contract compliance while developing internal capability and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will mentor Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Controllers, lead continuous improvement, and report to the Head of Commercial to support divisional revenue targets.
