Mechanical Project Manager

Overview

Mechanical Project Manager – Northampton / Milton Keynes – £70k. This role covers projects within around an hour radius.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver mechanical pipework projects from inception to completion, planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of mechanical services installations to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards.
• Oversee the installation of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop detailed quality assurance plans, including benchmarks, QA, and testing schedules.
• Ensure all works adhere to health and safety requirements, CDM regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Compile and submit technical submissions to the client for approval.

Project scope

Typical project values range from £200k to £3m and will include hospitals, schools, offices, and prisons.
