Job Title: Multiskilled Electrical Engineer

Location: Victoria, London, SW1W

Package: £48,000 + Overtime

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (no out of hours)

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join the client’s team, covering a commercial site in Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a small yet dynamic team within a well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical, mechanical, and general building services.
• Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as generators, AHU/FCUs, motors, pumps, water temperatures, etc.
• Perform maintenance and tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.
• Support fabric and facility repairs to improve the appearance of the building.
• Monitor Building Management System (BMS).
• Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Level 3 in Electrical Installations (City & Guilds / NVQ / EAL / Higher Education).
• Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
• Knowledge of commercial building systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
