Infrastructure Commercial Lead for Major Projects

1st Executive is seeking a Commercial Manager for a major infrastructure and engineering programme in the United Kingdom. You will shape procurement approaches, develop commercial models and deliver contracts that support long-term programme success.

You will lead commercial and procurement activities across the full lifecycle, manage high-value procurements, draft NEC contracts and collaborate with finance, legal and programme teams to achieve value for money and governance alignment.
