Junior Field Service Engineer (Plant / Agricultural)
£35,000 – £37,500 (OTE £45k – £55k) + 39 Hour week + Van + Door to Door Pay + Benefits

Are you a time‑served Plant or Agricultural Engineer Apprentice, Junior Engineer or similar looking for career progression opportunities, expert training and an autonomous, field‑based position offering guaranteed overtime and a local patch?
In this role you will be servicing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of Plant and Agricultural machinery around the North West coast. You will receive expert, manufacturer accredited training on this company’s core machinery to become a fully independent and autonomous Field Engineer. There are progression opportunities into supervisory positions and even depot management for highly motivated employees.
Responsibilities
- Attend breakdowns at client sites, carrying out service and repairs on plant / agricultural equipment
- Carry out routine maintenance, examinations and fault finding
- Work a local patch around Lancaster with door-to-door pay and occasional staying away
- Monday to Friday, 39 Hour week, Overtime 1.5x
Qualifications
- Time‑served Apprentice, Junior Engineer or similar
- Plant or Agricultural Machinery Background
- UK Driver’s Licence
