Warehouse First Line Manager

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the warehouse in your area
• Lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve targets
• Ensure effective communication is delivered to colleagues and management teams on a daily basis
• Proactively support the site and customer’s continuous improvement initiatives
• Strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with health & safety policies

Requirements

• Experience of working in a supervisory position within a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Be a natural leader able to coach others to drive and implement change
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience managing conflicting priorities with the ability to plan and organise a warehouse operation
• Strong IT skills including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office
