Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the warehouse in your area
- Lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve targets
- Ensure effective communication is delivered to colleagues and management teams on a daily basis
- Proactively support the site and customer’s continuous improvement initiatives
- Strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with health & safety policies
Requirements
- Experience of working in a supervisory position within a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Be a natural leader able to coach others to drive and implement change
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience managing conflicting priorities with the ability to plan and organise a warehouse operation
- Strong IT skills including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office
