About the role

HiBob is a software company that helps businesses manage their most valuable asset—people. The Sales Engineering Manager for UK Enterprise will lead a team of Sales Engineers in London, building the company’s presence across the UK and Ireland.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and develop a high‑performing Sales Engineering team.
  • Partner with sales leadership to drive growth and align strategy.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, services, and engineering for field feedback.
  • Recruit and onboard Sales Engineering talent.
  • Ensure impactful product demos and technical discovery.
  • Escalate support for complex opportunities and move deals forward.
  • Design enablement initiatives to strengthen product knowledge.
  • Champion a collaborative, inclusive team culture.

About you

  • Proven experience leading and developing Sales Engineering or pre‑sales teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong track record of hiring, coaching, and scaling high‑performing teams.
  • Experience supporting enterprise cycles, ideally across the UK & Ireland.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering cross‑functionally.
  • A people‑first leadership approach, focusing on development, engagement, and performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, translating technical concepts into business value.
