Strategic CRM Campaign Architect (Omni-Channel)

Futura Design is seeking a CRM Campaign Automation Specialist for an OEM client based in Gaydon. This contract role is Inside IR35 with an end date of 1 August 2027 and an umbrella pay rate of £29.96 per hour.

You will shape strategic, multi-channel communications across the client lifecycle, developing touchpoints and personalised journeys, collaborating with stakeholders, and using data-driven insights to elevate the client experience.
