Principal Civil Engineer — Hybrid, Lead Highways & Drainage

RGB Network is partnering with a well-established engineering consultancy in Billericay to appoint a Principal / Associate Civil Engineer. You will lead highways, drainage and development infrastructure projects, mentoring junior engineers and interfacing with clients and authorities.

This hybrid role offers a competitive £60,000 – £75,000 salary (depending on experience), plus an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Clear progression towards Associate Director level is available.
