Overview
Air Compressor Service Engineer. Location: Edinburgh and covering a Scotland patch with travel to the North of England as required.
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 plus a £3,000 bonus, company van, phone, iPad, laptop and a range of company benefits.
Join a growing specialist supplier within drives, motors, control systems, and related industrial products. The role involves working across multiple sectors, building long-term customer relationships and developing new business opportunities in critical industries. This field-based position requires servicing, maintaining and installing a range of air compressed systems and equipment, diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs, often within a small team of Service Engineers. Occasional call-outs are paid at a generous overtime rate.
This role is suited to an Engineer with compressed air system experience seeking to join an Employee‑Owned Business.
Responsibilities
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of high-end air compressed systems
- Covering Scotland and the North of England
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs; working with a small team of Service Engineers
- Occasional call-outs with overtime pay

- Service Engineer with air compressor experience
- Strong understanding of compressed air systems and related equipment
- Willingness to cover Scotland and the North of England on a field-based basis
