Mobile Multi-skilled M&E Engineer

Overview

Mobile Multi-skilled M&E Engineer required for maintenance across several large commercial properties in Brighton. The role involves maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical building systems on a mobile basis.

Responsibilities

• Performing PPMs and reactive breakdowns on electrical and mechanical plant, including emergency lighting checks, battery drain tests, lamping, and small remedial works on electrical power.
• Carrying out PPMs and reactive breakdowns on AHUs and FCUs.

Salary and package

Up to 39,700 GBP, depending on experience, plus van and holiday entitlement.

Requirements

• Electrical qualification required.
• Experience and knowledge in building services.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Live within commutable distance of Brighton.
• Role involves four days on a static site with one floating day across the portfolio.
