Salary: £30,000 + Company Car + Bonus (OTE £40,000)

Overview

Are you an engineer or technical sales professional looking to build a career in capital equipment sales? Our client is a well-established manufacturer of packaging machinery, supplying bespoke automated equipment to customers across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Technical Sales Engineer to develop new business and support existing customers throughout the South of the UK.

The Role

• Develop new business opportunities across the South of the UK.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Conduct customer site visits to understand applications and recommend suitable machinery.
• Prepare quotations and technical proposals.
• Work closely with the internal engineering and project teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Attend exhibitions and customer demonstrations.

Requirements

• Background in engineering or technical sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Eager to learn and develop within capital equipment sales.
