Overview
Line Chef position at The Restaurant Group Concessions in Glasgow Airport, Scotland. This full-time, on-site role offers opportunities for career growth. You will prepare and deliver delicious food, working on the front line of the kitchen whether it is the grill or the pasta section, with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and maintaining company standards.
Airport shifts can start as early as 3am, and early starts mean early finishes. You will listen to feedback, manage time effectively, be reliable, collaborate with the team, and be able to work independently during peak shifts to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver food to create memorable guest experiences, following front-line kitchen standards (grill, pasta, and other stations as assigned).
- Maintain an atmosphere of excellence and ensure guest satisfaction by adhering to company procedures and quality standards.
- Listen to feedback, manage time effectively, and work both as part of a team and independently during peak shifts.
- Be reliable and flexible to support the business during early morning shifts and peak periods.

What we are looking for
- Experience as an assistant chef or chef.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment.
- Flexibility in hours; airport shifts can start at 3am.
- Ability to provide a 5-year work/education/personal reference history and undertake a criminal record check.
