Digital Workplace Engineer – 2nd-Line IT Support

South Staffordshire Limited is seeking a Digital Workplace Engineer to provide hands-on IT support to around 3,000 employees across the UK. This role will troubleshoot issues, maintain systems, and build strong relationships across the business, on-site or remotely.

We are looking for a curious, proactive problem-solver with a full UK driving licence who can work independently in a busy environment. This is a full-time, permanent role (37 hours per week) based in Walsall, West Midlands.
