Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 5pm-5am
Salary: Up to £57,500

Overview
You will be a multi‑skilled engineer on the night shift at a leading manufacturing company in Attleborough. Your role will involve performing PPMs, handling breakdowns on manufacturing machinery, managing contractors, recording work on the CMMS, and providing general factory support to production.
Responsibilities
- Execute preventive maintenance (PPMs) on manufacturing equipment.
- Respond to breakdowns and restore production lines quickly.
- Manage any contractors engaged for maintenance work.
- Record maintenance activities on the CMMS.
- Provide general factory support to production processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Level 3 or higher in an engineering discipline.
- Strong teamwork attitude.
- Level 3 in electrical or related experience.
- Experience in FMCG environment and reasonable electrical skills preferred.
