- Have experience delivering large-scale technology or business change projects within a regulated industry, ideally with exposure to software or platform-based environments.
- Are a confident communicator who can manage and influence senior stakeholders across complex, multi-team delivery environments.
- Are delivery-focused and resilient, with the ability to bring structure, challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement.
