Autonomous Senior Quality Engineer – Electronics

Verso Recruitment Group in Colchester is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to own the Quality function for an electronic OEM. This permanent, on-site role offers autonomy and the chance to lead ISO9001 compliance and QMS improvements.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and production, drive CAPA and continuous improvement, and act as a customer‑facing quality representative to resolve queries.

Salary £55,000–£65,000 basic plus benefits; some flexibility to WFH.
