Field Engineer – Windows 11

Overview

Our client is urgently looking for a Field Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided. You will cover sites across West Hertfordshire including Tring, St Albans, Watford and Hemel Hempstead.

You will be well-versed in Windows 11 and customer focussed, willing to go above and beyond in order to provide top quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Travel to sites across West Hertfordshire including Tring, St Albans, Watford and Hemel Hempstead
• Provide field engineering support for desktops, printers, scanners and servers
• Deliver exemplary customer service and proactively resolve issues
• Utilize Windows 11 to support end users and assist with technical problems

Qualifications

• Positive, proactive can-do attitude
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Windows 11 familiarity
• Full UK Driving Licence
