AI & Data Upskilling Architect

Jobtailor is seeking a Learning Design professional to craft integrated AI, data, and digital upskilling programs across the organisation, coordinating with HR, DTI and business units. You will design scenario-based, role-specific learning grounded in real workflows that enable colleagues to apply AI and data skills in daily tasks.

You will embed safe AI use, data governance and accountability, and drive behavioural change through rigorous evaluation of learning impact and workflow improvements.
