Summit Rec2Rec is seeking a Graduate Executive Search Consultant to join our Leeds office. You will be trained in retained executive search, learning market mapping, direct outreach to senior executives, and managing end-to-end search processes for demanding institutional clients.

You’ll build a network within specific sectors, work with senior consultants on live assignments, and develop credibility with CEOs and Partners as you progress in this high-stakes field.
