Compliance Officer

Overview

Compliance Officer needed in Nottingham. This is a temporary role and the hourly rate is £22.98ph PAYE. The reference number is: RQ1752425.

Responsibilities

• Undertake scheduled inspections for Legionella, asbestos, fire systems, emergency egress and M&E plant.
• Identify noncompliance and raise remedial actions via CAFM.
• Maintain working knowledge of Word and Excel; utilise CAFM where available.
• Demonstrate the ability to drive with a current clean driving licence.

Requirements

• Driving licence (clean).
• Competent with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with CAFM preferred.
• Ability to use computer systems to log inspections and remedial actions.
