SHE Manager: Maritime Safety & Risk Leadership

KBS Maritime in Portsmouth is seeking a Safety, Health and Environment Manager to lead SH&E across our facilities and naval site operations, including dry docks, high voltage networks and buildings. You will develop and embed a SHE management system, advise on CDM and risk management, and supervise the SHE team.

The role requires strong CDM 2015 expertise, broad SHE knowledge for heavy industrial environments, and the ability to influence across multiple stakeholders.
