Group Health & Safety Leader — Multi-Site & Strategy

Home Bargains is seeking a Group Health & Safety Manager to lead the H&S strategy across multiple group sites, including manufacturing and hospitality operations. You will act as the SME, shaping policies, driving compliance, and fostering a proactive safety culture across the business.

You will work with senior leaders to embed H&S into daily decision making, lead investigations, and use data insights to continuously improve risk management and performance while maintaining regulatory alignment.
