Family Group Conference Lead: Referrals & Quality Oversight

Staffordshire County Council is seeking an experienced Family Group Conference (FGC) Lead for a six‑month secondment. The role will manage and allocate FGC requests, provide guidance to partner agencies, oversee quality assurance, supervise the team and promote collaborative decision‑making.

Interviews will take place at Staffordshire Place 1 and the role involves collaboration with the Edge of Care Service; a criminal record check will be required.
