PIB Group is seeking an experienced Employee Relations & Policy Lead to manage high-risk ER cases from escalation to tribunal and to build a robust policy framework for the group. You will report to the People Director and lead a team of three, acting as the escalation point on matters that keep senior leaders awake at night.
