Remote Principal Property Lawyer (Locum) for Regeneration & Development

CRA Legal is seeking an experienced Principal Lawyer (Locum) to join its busy public sector legal team across Manchester, Salford and GMCA. The role is a 3‑month locum contract with strong extension potential and a rate of £40–£50 per hour (DOE).

35–38 hours per week with remote working options. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload in commercial property, supporting regeneration projects and advising on development agreements.
