Assistant Head of Year – Pastoral Leader

Chiltern Academy is seeking an Assistant Head of Year to provide outstanding day-to-day pastoral care for students. You will work with the Head of Year and pastoral team to support personal and academic development, removing barriers to learning and promoting positive behaviour across the school.

You will be required to uphold safeguarding procedures with an enhanced DBS check and references. The role emphasises collaboration with staff and external partners to deliver the school vision.
