Licensing Investigator: Compliance, Hearings & Enforcement

Manchester City Council is seeking a Licensing Officer (Level 2) to join the Licensing Unit, handling taxis, pubs, street trading and events. You will assess applications, advise on changes, and present at hearings as part of enforcement and compliance work.

The role requires knowledge of licensing laws, investigative skills, and the ability to train and guide licensees and staff. A driving licence and willingness to conduct night shifts are required.
