Early Careers & Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Aurora in Oxford is seeking a TA / Early Careers Coordinator to support logistics and coordination for lateral hiring across the business and Early Careers. The role focuses on recruiting university students into entry-level roles at Aurora, with offices in Oxford and across the EMEA region.

You will coordinate graduate training, induction and ramp-off, liaising with students, graduates and academic departments, business stakeholders and the fast-paced P&C team.
