Education Lawyer — Hybrid/Remote, Local Government

Surrey County Council seeks an Education Lawyer to join its in-house legal team. You will provide timely and effective legal advice, representation and assistance to enable lawful discharge of the Council’s functions, with a varied caseload and advocacy where needed.

The role is hybrid with access to Reigate and Weybridge offices and remote/home working; regular in-person collaboration occurs 2 days per week. Prior experience in education law is essential.
