Retention & Performance Manager — Data-Driven Growth (Hybrid)

News UK is seeking a Retention & Performance Manager to own core retention metrics and translate data into commercial actions. You will lead churn analysis, lifecycle campaigns, and cross-functional projects to improve subscriber value while collaborating with product, data, and UX teams.

The role requires a data-driven mindset, experience in renewal cycles, and a track record of driving reductions in churn through targeted interventions and experiments. Hybrid office presence is expected.
